Teaching Philosophy Students in school deserve the best possible teachers. Preparing teachers to meet the needs of all students is our goal. Through experiences in the classroom and with guidance and support, students who complete the field-based program, develop the skills needed to meet the challenges of student teaching. It is our goal that they will become teachers who think of students" needs first and have the knowledge and experience to meet those needs. Susan Larkin supervises students in the LD/BD field work courses 245.06 and 245.07.
