Faculty and Staff

Ms. Appel grew up in central Illinois and received her degree in special education with certification in moderate, severe and multiple disabilities from Illinois State University and a master"s degree in special education from the University of Illinois. She taught students with moderate/severe disabilities in Illinois and Indiana. In 1998 Kelli became an ISU supervisor for practicum students in the MSMD program. She has taught various courses and coordinated the early field experiences in the LBS area.  Currently, she is the Undergraduate Program Coordinator.  Among her responsibilities are the facilitation of curriculum development and student and program assessment systems and the coordination of all field experiences for teacher candidates.
